Culture is more important in compliance than ever, with the FCA even now bringing it into their assessments of firms and embedding it via SM&CR.

At Apricity Compliance, and across the whole of The Verve Group, culture has always been key to our business, people and ability to grow, and we're extremely proud of what we have built.

Every quarter, we come together as a team for a spot of teambuilding and to take stock and reflect on our recent successes as well as sharing any company-wide updates.

June and December in particular are celebratory in fashion as we celebrate our company birthday and embrace the approaching festive season! Our teambuilding activities always go out to vote with previous popular choices being quad biking, go karting, clay pigeon shooting, and a good old-fashioned pub crawl!

Health and wellbeing

We also have a Health & Wellbeing programme

As well as an infinite supply of fruit, snacks and ice lollies, we're all fans of a little physical competitive challenge and aren't strangers to muddy bootcamps and exercise marathons, most of which are generally in the name of charity.
